The Lazy Creator Company is run by Michael Bailie in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. When this page says
“I” or “me”, it means me. This policy covers thelazycreatorcompany.com and the
games, products and forms on it.
What I collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Contact, estimate and project forms: your name, email, and anything you choose to tell me
about your business or project.
- Free downloads: your email address, so I can send you the file.
- Purchases and deposits: your name, email and what you bought. Card payments are handled
by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
- Marketplace listings: the details you submit about your product.
- Game scores and sound settings: saved only in your own browser, not sent to me.
How I use it
- To reply to you, send estimates, and build and deliver what you asked for.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To deliver purchases, unlock games and restore them if you ask.
I don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Services that help run the site
Your information is only shared with the services needed to run the site:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- Brevo stores the newsletter list and sends emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Gumroad handles some book and product purchases.
These companies may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages and project details are kept while we
work together and for as long as needed for records and tax purposes. Payment records are kept as
the law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you.
Email thelazycreatorco@gmail.com and I’ll
reply within 30 days.
